Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
All packages are dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Lithuania post with priority and tracking number.
Tracking information will be sent together with order shipment details to your provided email. All packages can be traced here: LT POST.
If you prefer express delivery, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
All items will be shipped by address provided in order details.
To reduce package weight we do not include printed invoice. You can print it directly from our page if needed.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Shipping and handling fees:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we do accept returns. All items can be returned with 30 days since receipt of package.
All items must be shipped with tracking number under owners cost. Refund will be issued to the same PayPal account which was used for initial payment once item is received back.
NOTE: If you wrote incorrect shipping address or forgot to take the package from the post office and it was shipped back, in such cases we do not issue the refund.
In case your package was lost during the delivery process, all package price + shipping costs will be refunded to our PayPal account within 2-3 months once investigation is completed by post office.
